OUR MINISTRIES

Kentwood Heights Worship Team
We are called to make a joyful noise unto the Lord, and that's what the Kentwood Heights worship team is all about! Our team, nicknamed "Joyful Ruckus", is built on a foundation of humility, teamwork, and most importantly, faith! Our music library combines traditional and contemporary worship music, usually adding a southern rock twist.
If you're interested in lending your musical gifts to the Kentwood Heights worship team, please contact our worship leader, Kendall Ezzell at: kendallezzell@gmail.com

Lori's Food Pantry
“I am the bread of life. Whoever comes to me will never go hungry, and whoever believes in me will never be thirsty.”
John 6:35
Our goal is to embody this message in everything we do. Products include non-perishable food items as well as personal care products. Our funding is provided through the generosity of our congregation.
Our food pantry is open on Mondays, 9 AM - 1 PM. Patrons may visit weekly.

Trunk or Treat
On the last Sunday in October, Kentwood Heights hosts our annual Trunk or Treat event for the community. It is one of our most successful outreaches! Our congregation decorates trunks and provides hot dogs, chili, and candy for hundreds of attendees.
Check our Instagram and Facebook in the fall to see what the theme will be for 2026!

Samaritan's Purse Operation Christmas Child
Every November, Kentwood Heights collects shoebox gifts filled with fun toys, school supplies, and hygiene items for The Samaritan's Purse project Operation Christmas Child. These shoeboxes are delivered to children in need around the world to demonstrate God’s love in a tangible way. For many of these children, the gift-filled shoebox is the first gift they have ever received.
