Worship

Rick Warren reminds us in The Purpose Driven Life that "It is not about you." Worship is not about us but about meeting and worshiping a holy God -- our Creator, Sustainer and Savior.

When most people think of worship, they think of music. While music can be one aspect of worship, it is not the only way to worship God. Prayer and praise of our Heavenly Father are also aspects of worship that should not be neglected.

Sometimes, silence is the best that we can offer God who gives us everything.

Kentwood gathers every Sunday morning for corporate worship at 9:45 am and 11:00 am but individuals are encouraged to worship God the rest of the week, too, on their own and with other believers.
